No - VIP Wash Club memberships are for one vehicle only. Your membership is associated with your vehicles licence plate number.

Complete the form linked below or visit our Parkside Drive (82 Parkside Drive, Waterdown) location during regular business hours.

From the home screen tap the 'Buy a Wash'. Select your location and wash package. Tap 'Purchase' to review your wash package details, then tap 'Confirm Purchase' to complete your purchase.

From the home screen tap 'Wallet' then tap ‘Use Wash’ to use a purchased wash package. A QR code will be generated that can be scanned at any of our kiosks. Alternatively, you can enter the associated 9-digit code on the kiosk keypad that is displayed in the upper-right corner.

From the home screen tap 'Account' then tap 'My Purchases' to view your in-app purchase history.

From the home screen tap 'Buy a Wash'. Select your wash location and package. Tap the 'Send As Gift' toggle and enter the recipients name, email address and an optional message. Enter your payment information, then tap 'Process' to complete your purchase. The gift recipient will receive your gift by email.

Download the Red Hill Car Wash Tunnel App using the links above. Open the app then tap 'Forgot Password'. Enter the email address used when signing up for you VIP Wash Club membership and tap 'Request Password'. You will be emailed a 6-digit code. Enter the 6-digit code in the Red Hill Car Wash Tunnal app to set a password for your account and login.

A copy of the gift is automatically sent to the email address associated with your account. You can forward this to the gift recipient. Alternatively, you can view your in-app purchases by tapping 'Account' then 'My Purchases'. Tapping the purchase shows additional details, including a 9-digit code. You can provide this code to the gift recipient, which they can enter on the kiosk keypad for redemption.

Yes - Your credit card information is secured by tokenization. Once tokenized, none of your sensitive data is ever held on the app.

It is possible the wash has already been redeemed. From the home screen tap 'Account' then 'My Purchases'. Tap the wash you are trying to redeem for more details. If the app shows 'Uses: 0 of 1 Remaining', the wash has been redeemed. If the app shows 'Uses: 1 of 1 Remaining', please reach out to us for assistance.

From the home screen tap 'Account' and verify the 'Push Notification' toggle is turned ON.

From the login screen tap 'Forgot Password'. Enter the email address associated with your account then tap 'Request Password'. You will be emailed a 6-digit code. Enter the 6-digit code in the Red Hill Car Wash Tunnal app to set a new password for your account and login.

When you reach a Loyalty Reward points goal, you will receive an in-app notification and the complimentary wash will be added to your 'Wallet'. To view/redeem a complimentary wash, simply open the complimentary wash in 'Wallet' the next time you visit us and scan it at the kiosk!

Every time you make a purchase using the Red Hill Car Wash Tunnel app, you earn points. The Loyalty Tracker on the home screen will automatically update to let you know your current status.
