Terms & Conditions

By joining our VIP Wash Club, you are agreeing to these terms. Your subscription is valid for 1 vehicle only. Any breach may necessitate suspension or termination of your membership without reimbursement. Additional vehicles can be added at our front reception using our Family Plan. See below for more information

Our service operates on a prepaid, monthly basis, with charges automatically applied to your registered credit card on the anniversary of your sign-up. Should you wish to discontinue your membership, kindly inform us at least 5 days prior to your renewal date to avoid being billed for another month. Upon initiating a cancellation, you'll retain access to your VIP Club benefits for the remainder of your prepaid period. Please note that we do not offer refunds for unused days.

As a valued member of our VIP Wash Club, we kindly ask that your vehicle's rear plate remain unobstructed, clean, and clear for our License Plate Recognition (LPR) cameras to function effectively. Some plate covers may interfere with our LPR cameras and software, we may request their removal for a smoother and more enjoyable experience. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a seamless service for all our members.

If you change your phone handset or re-install this app, you may be locked out of the Wash Club. This is a security feature to prevent unauthorized use of your account. If this occurs, please contact us to explain your situation so we can reactivate your plan.

We kindly request your understanding that to ensure the highest quality wash experience for you, regular maintenance and upgrades are necessary. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Rest assured, we will make every effort to schedule these during rainy or snowy days or after hours when possible to minimize disruption to your service.

Please note that while we strive to deliver exceptional service, we are unable to offer discounts for maintenance-related interruptions. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated as we work diligently to maintain our standards of excellence. Thank you for your continued support.

Red Hill Car Wash chooses to protect its team members and will not tolerate any abusive behavior. We strive to offer the best customer service, and when a customer mistreats our staff with abusive or threatening language, we reserve the right to terminate the business relations with that customer. On termination of your membership, NO refunds or adjustments will be made.

Family Plan VIP Wash Club Membership

The following terms apply to Family Plan VIP Wash Club members.

  • Family Plan is intended for multiple vehicles owned by members of a family living in the same household
  • The main account holder will be charged monthly for all children, spouse, and additional vehicles
  • Rear licence plate must be legible with no plate cover

Commercial VIP Wash Club Membership

The following terms apply to Commercial VIP Wash Club members.

  • Commercial VIP Wash Club packages are limited to a maximum of 20 car washes per month
  • Commercial vehicles include Taxis, Ride Share (such as Uber, Lyft...), Food Delivery (such as Uber Eats, Skip the Dishes...), and vehicles involved in ANY commercial activities
  • Rear licence plate must be legible with no plate cover
  • Violators/Misuse may be charged actual wash costs
