Terms & Conditions

By downloading or using our app, the following terms will apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the app. If you do not agree with these terms, you should stop using the app immediately.

By joining our VIP Wash Club, you are agreeing to these terms. Your subscription is valid for 1 vehicle only. Taxis and ride-share vehicles (Uber, Lyft etc.) are not permitted. Any breach may necessitate suspension or termination of your membership without reimbursement.


  1. This app is for personal use only and your personal vehicle. Businesses must contact the manager to discuss Corporate options. One membership is required for each vehicle. Abuse of the VIP membership will lead to your account being cancelled and no refund provided for the remainder of the month.

Do not attempt to copy any design elements, branding, or source code. Do not attempt to modify, adapt, translate, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.


  1. This app captures some basic user data. This can include: your name, your email address, your phone number, a history of deals claimed & used, and a purchase history. By agreeing to our terms, you are allowing us to collect and use this data. We may use your email address to contact you periodically for promotional purposes – you may opt out of this service at any time using the ‘Unsubscribe’ link in the email.
  2. We will never sell or provide your data to third parties. We will use it strictly for the purposes of communicating with you regarding our core business areas. This may include marketing products and services, or relaying general information to you regarding our car wash.


  1. You understand that we may use push notifications to alert you to deals, specials, tunnel closures and events. This may be turned on or off at any time in the ‘My Account’ area of the app.


  1. We do not maintain a record of your credit card data.


  1. We are committed to delivering a useful and efficient mobile app, and therefore will make periodic enhancements to usability, design, security, and features. We also reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary – you are responsible for regularly viewing these terms so that you are aware of any changes. The app is currently available on Android and iOS but we cannot guarantee that the app will always be updated to work on the specific Android/iOS version you have installed on your device. We may also decide to stop providing the app without notice. In the event of termination, these terms will end and you should stop using the app.
  2. If you use this app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you understand that you are responsible for data usage per the terms and conditions established with your mobile network provider. We do not take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you do not have access to Wi-Fi or sufficient mobile data.
  3. You also understand that the QR codes generated by the app can be scanned at our payment kiosks. By agreeing to our terms, you agree that if your device is dropped, exposed to poor weather conditions, or exposed to spray from the car wash during the transaction process, we can accept no responsibility for damage.
  4. The mobile app is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. This means, without limitation, that there are no express or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the services of the mobile app will meet the customer’s requirements or that the operation of the app will be uninterrupted or error free. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the mobile app is with the customer.
